Please fill out the form below as this will help to make sure you get the appropriate information for your season(s).   You will still need to bring an Annual Authorization Form to each of your tryouts.  That form can be found in our school’s start-up package that can be found here.  We would like all NEW and CURRENT athletes to register please!
